The Oil spill is going to cause havoc with the folks who make a living off of the water and its resources.. Making a living (money) is going to be almost impossible to achieve. One of the first things the Obama administration has done, just about the only thing, is to shut down oil drilling and all things associated with the process.
The people of Louisiana get revenue from the oil drilling as does the Federal government. Not only will Louisiana lose money from the water but now the oil businesses. Do the Democrats have a death wish for Louisiana?
Personally I think the oil explosion was done on purpose. I heard that "Haliburton did the foundation work for the platform. Just too many coincidences.
