Good morning, I see Debbie's already welcomed everybody into "Miz Judi's Kitchen" today, so I'll just ask how ya'll are? I got to lookin at Deb's opinions in regards to our children, and I've got to say something I don't normally tell ole Deb...you're right! Not only do I feel she's right on this topic, but she's exactly right!

I honestly, Deb as well, believe we don't talk enough about our own lives, how we grew up, the struggles we faced, or the people who influenced our lives. This, we feel, is very, very important for us to talk about, or share with our children, and grand-children! As Deb said, our heritage! As you've already witnessed, Deb and I like to share stories with ya'll about people and events that have made impacts on our lives, and she "hit the nail on the head" in regards to Judi, Brian, and everyone involved with the Canada Free Press! Without them, we'd probably not be speakin to ya'll right now! To everyone at the CFP...Thanks so much! I guess what I'm getting at here, in regards to Deb's topic, is asking ya'll to start sharing with the younger members of your family your knowledge of life, and the challenges it's presented, because in this way, our heritage truly does live on. Teach em how to grow a tomato plant or two, let em see em grow through their cycle, and experience pickin em off the bush, and then taste the remarkable difference in flavor between their "homegrown" versus a store bought! Kids are naturally inquisitive, and we believe you'll be amazed at how they "take to" something like this. It can be a "project" with Mom and Dad, or Granny and Grandpa. Just give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised at the outcome. If you have any input on this, or any other topic, we'd love for you to take a few minutes and share your stories as well. Deb and I would love hearin from ya'll, because... without ya'll...there ain't no "Miz Judi's Kitchen!"

Dub and Deb——

‘Ridin Out The Recession With Dub and Deb in “Miz Judi’s Kitchen’!

Note to Readers: There are a few things that Dub doesn’t know but one thing he does know is that the word ‘Riding’ (as in Riding Out the Recession) is spelled with a ‘g’ at the end.  But Dub not only walks the walk, but speaks like he is: down home, true blue, and plain speakin’ country folk.

Dub and Deb are both native Floridians, live in Central Florida, and run a small business as well. They have five children, and seven grandchildren.

Both love to cook, love to laugh, grow a garden, and generally try to “aggravate” most anyone around them basically…all in good fun, of course!
