Elections Alberta does not verify citizenship status

They simply ask you to confirm you're a citizen.

That works in a high trust society with very few foreigners. It doesn't work anymore today.

If someone is not on the list of registered voters, they simply fill out a declaration stating that they are an eligible voter.

How incredibly patronizing. One out of four Alberta voters are pro independence. How hateful to dismiss almost a quarter of the population as "embarrassing" just because we don't align with your political opinions. Comments like this are exactly why we will never stop until we prevail, and leave the patronizing, supercilious Canadian managerial class and its presstitutes in the dustbin of our history.
