Children who want to become transgender should seek Christian counseling, with their parents, from pastors and professionals who deal with these problems on a continual basis

Encouraging Kids To Become Transgender Is Child Abuse

Government officials, parents, teachers, and coaches who encourage children to become transgender are child abusers. The media promotes children who become transgender as a normal phase of life. Rarely, do you hear about the harm done to children. Numerous athletes are transitioning. During the Olympics, Nike promoted transgenders with an ad that was broadcast throughout the world. The ad showcased duathlete Chris Mosier who was not even in the Olympics.

The physical problems associated with transgender transitioning are well documented

Bruce Jenner has become the poster person for the transgender movement. He recently had surgery to remove his private parts. Currently, transgender athletes are preparing for the 2020 Olympics. There are two main reasons that promoting children to become transgender is child abuse. The first is the high suicide rate and the second is the harmful effects the process produces. According to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Williams Institute, suicide attempts among transgenders are 41% compared to 4.6% for the general public. There are many theories why this happens, however, we believe that when you mess with God’s creation problems result. Romans 1 in the Bible is clear in this regard. The physical problems associated with transgender transitioning are well documented. Most of the facts below are from PBS’s Frontline program on June 30, 2015. Puberty blockers are started for girls at 10 or 11 years of age and for boys at 11 or 12. These blockers delay puberty by supposedly giving a person time to decide later if they want to take testosterone for male traits or estrogen for female traits.

Puberty blockers

Puberty blockers affect vocal chord changes, breast tissue, and facial characteristics. Also, they harm neurological development as the brain is affected. Bone density decreases as a result of bone growth problems. After taking puberty blockers, kids take testosterone or estrogen between 13 and 16 years of age. Taking testosterone or estrogen results in irreversible changes. Heart disease and diabetes will increase later in life. Blood clots can form with estrogen. Also, these hormones can lead to infertility and cancer. Currently there is no research on taking these drugs for the lifespan of a person. So the drugs may be more harmful than expected. Children who want to become transgender should seek Christian counseling, with their parents, from pastors and professionals who deal with these problems on a continual basis. According to the Bible, homosexuality is a sin. Poking fun of these individuals should be discouraged. We have to proclaim the truth with love (1 Corinthians 13:6). Protesting government decisions affecting schools is encouraged. Do this respectfully, but with facts.
