Facebook and Instagram users hit with outages — again

Facebook and Instagram were apparently hit with a second wave of outages on Friday afternoon — just days after all the services went down for hours on Monday. More than 32,000 Instagram users had reported being unable to use the app between about 2:30 and 3 p.m. on Friday, according to DownDetector.
