Secular-Socialist Health Care as passed by the Obama administration is the single most anti-American, anti-Constitutional (and therefore illegal) piece of legislation passed by the current administration and one of the most ruinous pieces of its kind ever placed upon the citizenry of the United States in our history.
Article 1, Section 9, clause 3 of the Constitution of the United States of America explicitly forbids the government from laying a Capitation upon the People ~ period.
The Constitution of the United States clearly defines the role of government and its place as an employee of “We the People”. Electing the government, changing the Constitution and enacting new legislation is the role of the People, NOT the government. We the People decided to abolish slavery, advance voting rights to all and enact other changes to OUR Constitution. It was not the will of the legislators that changed the written word of the Founders; and that's precisely the way Jefferson and Co. wanted it to be.
If and when “We the People” decide that government belongs in the health care business, we will elect legislators to write new amendments to reflect our desires. We will march through the streets, we will crowd the voting booths, and we will demand a new amendment.
We did NOT allow Obama, Reid and Pelosi to write into law the managing of health care. We did NOT vote them into office to write Bills to become law that equate to government take-over of our health care. Each step the government took to pass the Health Bill in contrast to the ever increasing demands from the citizenry to cease with their covert actions was another step in defiance of the Constitution. Imagine if the federal government had taken these same measures in defiance of the citizenry as “We the People” demanded the passage of The Thirteenth Amendment!
The Secular-Socialist Health Care Bill that became law is un-Constitutional because it defies the will of the governed by the pure arrogance and through the uncontrolled power of the currently governing. As Americans from every walk of life stood up, demanding accountability from their legislators on both sides of the aisles in the summer of 2009, those actions mirrored the motions of our Founding Fathers in the age of the Stamp Act.
Congress, as defined in the Constitution and as provided for “We the People”, was bound by the words set forth in the Constitution to cease all actions as demanded by the citizenry.
Quoting from the Declaration of Independence “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it; and to institute new Government...”, proves that the actions evidenced by the administration as “We the People” demanded answers from the legislators bound the government to hear us; the administration defied the Declaration as well as the Constitution by muting the demands of the constituents!
Obama and his band of socialists, as evidenced by the Health Care debacle ~ and myriad other ruinous endeavors ~ are imposing Bills and passing laws that should be the easiest to undo of any measures yet suffered by the People of the United States.
The undoing of his policies require, simply, the reading and implementing of the laws set forth by the very people who escaped the first tyrannical leader suffered by God-fearing people who came before us.
The Constitution lives people! Let us use it to defeat tyranny once again!
