Toronto's Union subway station was closed Wednesday night after a water main break flooded parts of the platform.

Train service was disrupted on the Yonge-University-Spadina line between St. Andrew Station and King just after 11 p.m. Wednesday night, according to the TTC. The water main appeared to have broken under an outdoor pathway between the main train stations and the subway station. Mud covered the damp floor of the TTC concourse just before midnight as TTC crews investigated, waiting on water crews to arrive.
