"We have the Canada Child Benefit, for instance. We have the National School Food Program."

"And good news, the government of Quebec and the federal government just signed an agreement for that."

Joly's solution is to make poor and starving families more reliant on the Liberal government for handouts. That is not a "long term" solution @melaniejoly @gerarddeltell
