Peel Region investigators are getting help from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to investigate a gold heist at Toronto Pearson International Airport, where gold mined in Canada is often transported for shipment worldwide.
According to the Toronto Sun, local organized crime gangs are suspected of stealing 3,600 pounds of gold worth $105 million from airline cargo earlier in the week. -- More...
