A new law in the Arizona legislature makes it a crime for an illegal alien to trespass in the state (Arizona only has 460,000 of them). Simply by being there they are subject to arrest. Good for Arizona. Senator Juan McPain, running for reelection, is trying to sit this one out.
His position on the bill? "No opinion," mutters the perennial fence-straddler. Remember his disastrous run for the presidency ? Pathetic. This one could be tough to finesse, even for the slick JMc. Juan has Sarah Palin (RINO in training?) campaigning for him. As Texas Fred (texasfred.net - highly recommended) puts it : "How hard core conservative can you REALLY be if you're a supporter of John McCain?" Not very, Fred.
Go Juan, and don't come back; off the fence and outta here. I say J.D. Hayworth 2010! J.D. doesn't even need a spine transplant.
