Governor’s TDS Is So Severe, She Brags About Taxes To Spite Trump

There are many frightening blue states: California, with its nonstop madness; Virginia, with the evil Abigail Spanberger; Minnesota, with its Somali fraud; and, of course, New York, with its hateful and inept governor, and New York City, with its totally lost Communist mayor.

The Governor of New York is Kathy Hochul, a woman whose head has been occupied by President Trump for years. In 2024, Hochul decide to enforce something she labeled as a “congestion tax” on New Yorkers. The tax charges a base toll of $9 for passenger vehicles entering Manhattan below 60th Street during peak hours. Nighttime tolls are discounted by 75 percent.

Originally, the toll was going to be $15, but Hochul decided to pause the tax in June of 2024. That decision wasn’t made for the benefit of the citizens, that it would burden, she paused the tax so it would not hurt other Democrat candidates running for office.

She briefly disguised it well, calling the tax “unaffordable” and stating that working-class New Yorkers couldn't handle another financial burden.

Democratic elected officials from Queens to Staten Island supported her enthusiastically.

State Senator Monica Martinez praised her for stopping a toll that would "drive residents, businesses, and workers out of the city."

Assembly member David Weprin, a Democrat, described it as "a massive financial burden on everyday New Yorkers.”

However, after Trump won the election, Hochul’s disposition changed, and her TDS kicked in. Yes, she lowered the tax to $9, a token adjustment that still punishes New Yorkers, to the tune of $2,300 per year, and then, vengefully, she set it to take effect on January 5, 2025.

New York Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt stated it clearly:

"Her decision to pause enactment of this plan until Election Day was safely in her rearview mirror further proves her phony 'pause' was done to protect vulnerable Democratic candidates, not overburdened New Yorkers."

This week, Hochul removed all doubt. She openly bragged to a crowd of onlookers, obnoxiously crowing:

"We will continue to stand up to the Trump administration and say, 'That ain't going anywhere, Mr. President! We are keeping our congestion pricing!'"

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy's formal demand to shut down the program was met with a response from Hochul's office:

"Appealing congestion pricing again is simply a waste of everyone's time. “Sean Duffy can continue trying."

This is the governor of New York, who is so caught up in her hatred of President Trump that she will punish her constituents just to taunt and spite him. She is one of many sad examples of Democrats who attained power they don’t deserve.

Hochul is herding innocent people into an unsafe subway system, where fights occur daily, people are pushed onto the tracks, stabbed, set on fire, etc.

During the same public announcement, Hochul and Mamdani actually joked about a jacket that Mamdani was wearing, which was paid for with taxpayer dollars. To these two con artists, taking advantage of the public is a joke; hopefully, everyone can see this and won't make the same mistakes when they come up for reelection.

Take a good look, America, because this is the present-day Democratic Party. Delusional radicals, who hate American traditions and everything about Western Culture. Communists who think they’re fooling someone by calling themselves socialists.

Arrogant liars who no longer even care if you understand their planned demise of our nation. They consider Americans to be either too stupid or too naïve to do anything about it. Why do you think they fight voter ID and fair elections so hard?

The American people know it’s the right thing to do, but Democrats know they can’t win unless they cheat, and if America is active and educated, that would be their downfall. So, they continue to deceive and ignore the needs and rights of the American public.

The deception can’t last forever; it’s America’s turn to laugh at them.
