Here it is: Dr. Ben Carson's complete announcement speech

Carson doesn't ask you to pick him as your candidate - at least not immediately. He very specifically chooses not to ask you for your vote yet. All he asks is that you hear him out. He has a compelling story, he's an unarguably good and decent man, and he should be an interesting force on the campaign trail. So, the least we can do is listen to what he has to say. After all, he's the conservative candidate people "demanded." The first 30 minutes of this video is basically just a still shot of the crowd, so feel free to skip ahead without missing anything. At around 31 minutes the pomp begins with some music, and the "meat" of the event - a video and Carson's speech - kicks in at about 56 minutes.
