WhatFinger

Oh boy. Here we go again.

Hey CNN, how's the newly relaunched Healthcare.gov working? Not so good, eh?

If I were a good little liberal toiling away as a mainstream media drone, I'd stop doing these "let's test the website" stories. CNN has been trying, for two months, to get one of their "journalists" through the sign up process while on-air. We assume it's all part of their plan to tell you how wonderfully easy President Obama's new system can be. They spent years telling you it was going to be great, and now they're desperate for a small slice of web-based vindication.
Unfortunately, each time they try, the site just sits there - unflinching in its refusal to cooperate. Now, however, all of that’s in the past. Things are going to be different. Like the Coyote chasing the Roadrunner, this time CNN is determined to catch their bird. The rollout may have been a disaster but, now that the site has been retooled, they're sure to get their moment of glory. It will only take a few short minutes, and then they'll be able to proudly proclaim that the federal exchange is another in a long list of what they believe are Obama’s successes.

At least, that's what was supposed to happen. Unfortunately, as they fired up their ACME computers yesterday, Healthcare.gov once again failed to make their dreams come true.

At this point their quest to enroll is just becoming comical. We admire their tenacity but seriously. They should follow the lead of America's young, healthy, population and give up on the ACA. By the way, if you're interested in semantics, "getting the error message" is a synonym for "crashing." Fortunately, someday soon the site will actually start functioning as it should. When it does, we're sure CNN will be able to move on to other futile Obamacare stories. It'll be fun watching them try to "keep their plan" or "keep their doctor."
