Hobby Lobby wins! Supremes lay smack to ObamaCare contraception mandate
Alito authors majority opinion
A tough day for the White House at the Supreme Court gets even worse. First they learned that their pals in public sector unions cannot force non-members to pay union dues. And now . . . Hobby Lobby wins!
In a majority opinion authored by Justice Samuel Alito, the Court has ruled that the federal government cannot compel private businesses to pay for their employees' contraception when doing so violates a religious conviction.
We're still fleshing out the details of this, and you can follow it at

Still, it's a huge win for Hobby Lobby and a huge win for religious freedom in America!
