'Horror Day' Season Starts On Halloween

Where some ghouls and goblins are very real;

Holiday season starts, in my book at least, with Halloween (Not an endorsement of demonic overtones btw). It's simply the first big national observance before Thanksgiving.

For me as a security watcher, it's also the beginning of what I call, 'horror day' season where apolitical criminals and politically motivated terrorists often increase targeting of people and places.

As parties proliferate and public spaces resound with revelry, we'd do well to consider 'the werewolf' of sudden violence using these gatherings as brutal backdrops.

This is just a quick reminder to normal, well-adjusted folks that times of increased crowds are also ones of increased risk, too.

I'll leave the preparation details to you but please keep in mind that 'horror days' of holiday peril start on Halloween, where some ghouls and goblins are very real.
