How Non-citizens Become Voters

More and more lately, we are hearing about vast quantities of non-citizens who are registered to vote. Federal law mandates that only US citizens are allowed to cast votes in elections involving a Federal office. Any non-citizen found in the rolls can be prosecuted and prohibited from ever obtaining US citizenship.

Some states have taken action to try to identify such "voters" in the rolls and remove them. Actually identifying non-citizens is challenging, and the number found is but a small fraction of the numbers in voter rolls across the country. Federal law prohibits asking for proof of citizenship when registering to vote, and the databases of non-citizens maintained by the government are incomplete, difficult to access, and out of date, making any search for non-citizens exceedingly difficult.

The problem has been made much worse by the Biden-Harris administration with their "whole of government" approach to support for illegal immigrants. Whenever an illegal applies for financial assistance, medical services, or other government assistance, they are usually also provided with an application to register to vote. Told that they have to fill out a number of forms, including the voter registration, in order to obtain help, many will, never realizing that by filling out a voter registration they are committing another illegal act.

The completed forms then can be collected for submission by various third parties, aka NGOs, who can use the information for their own purposes. Those purposes can easily include creation of one or more voter registrations in the name of the illegal who filled out the form. While there are several ways this can be done, we can look at one of them to get an idea of how non-citizens can easily be added to the voter rolls.

To start, most voter registration forms contain a statement that only citizens can vote, and a checkbox or other provision to indicate that the applicant is a citizen. The parties providing the forms can instruct the illegal applicant that all they need to complete is their name, birthdate, and signature, and that the rest will be filled out for them once they are settled with an address and a job or other support.

The NGO can then complete the form by entering a valid address for registration, as well as a known mailing address. Voter registration is usually only validated by checking that the registration address is a legitimate address within the addressing system of the city or town. No check is made to see if the applicant actually resides there.

The completed application, with a real name, birthdate, and signature, along with a real address and known mailing address can be submitted for processing and inclusion in some jurisdiction's voter rolls. Of course, the application would be run through a scanner before submission so that a database of useful voter registrations can be expanded and maintained.

Come election time, in those eight states where ballots are sent to every voter in the rolls, all those non-citizen registrations will be sent ballots to the known mailing addresses, where they can be collected and filled out or sold to some advocacy group for submission. In other states, requests for absentee ballots can be submitted, and again, ballots will be mailed to the indicated addresses, just as though the recipients were legitimate voters.

With the signature obtained from the registration form, a copy can be inscribed, or even printed on the return envelope, ensuring that in those few states that still check signatures, there will be a perfect match. After passing that useless ritual, the ballots will be included in the official counts ensuring the "correct" party wins. Anyone so stupid they won't cheat doesn't deserve to win.

This was just one example of how millions of non-citizen registrations can be inserted into our voter rolls. There are several other ways that non-citizens can become registered voters, including use of online registration systems.

Now there are those who will claim that this is all right wing paranoia and propaganda. They assert that no significant number of non-citizens are in the rolls because every non-citizen here wants to become an American citizen and falsely submitting a voter registration application would prevent them from that. Besides, it is illegal and they would be prosecuted, as though that would deter someone who already committed an illegal act to enter the country.

So let's look at that point. Ideally, we could point to some investigation, such as that conducted by Texas, that identified thousands of non-citizens in their voter rolls. Of course, the Left would dismiss that because it is Texas, after all, and all those right wing cowboys probably faked the count.

What if we look at California, a nice state over on the Left Coast, filled with honest Democrats who know there are only legitimate voters in their rolls - just ask them. Take a look at the following chart showing voter registrations of foreign-born individuals in recent years.

The data is from a mid-sized county in California and is fairly typical of the rest of the state. From about the year 2000 until 2016, the number of foreign-born registrations was fairly constant and roughly equal to the number of naturalizations shown in the red area.

Now people who go to the trouble of getting naturalized are probably ones we want to keep. It takes typically five to seven years, costs thousands of dollars, and the applicant has to pass tests in American history and civics. They probably know more about the US than many natural born citizens. Nearly all of these will register to vote, and glad to have them.

After 2016, we see a different picture. The number of naturalizations has grown slightly, but the number of voter registrations has increased to impossible levels. I say impossible, because there is no way to account for the increase in foreign born voter registrations by legitimate reasons. Just like "excess deaths" were reported in Covid investigations, so we can report "excess registrations" that cannot be accounted for by normal means.

For this modest county with about 400,000 voters in its rolls, for almost the last eight years, it has been adding 10,000 to 15,000 unexplained foreign born registrations to its voter rolls - or 80,000 to 100,000 new foreign born registrations. Likely there are legitimate explanations for some of them, but far from all of them. As a result, as much as a quarter or more of the "voters" in the rolls may be non-citizens unqualified to vote but who will be mailed ballots in November.

From studies of the voter rolls for the county, there is evidence that many of these registrations were processed in batches of several hundred applications at a time, just as you would expect if they had been collected by an organization and submitted in batches. Interesting also is the fact that a majority of the recent registrations are for people 20 to 35 years of age. Rather the same range of ages of the immigrant caravans that have appeared on our borders in recent years. It almost goes without saying that these people register as Democrats by over two to one.

While it has not been confirmed yet that these foreign born registrations are for non-citizens, it leaves open the question of where did they all come from? If they are legitimate, how did so many show up to register in the last few years? You would think that such an influx of foreign born adults would show up in the demographics of the population with lots of new faces on the streets. Where are they all?

Most of these registered "voters" probably don't even know they are registered. Their registrations just serve as placeholders for use by the real entities that want to manipulate our elections. Manufactured votes can be assigned to these registrations and they will be almost impossible to trace and verify. These registrations can be used to make sure the number of paper ballots processed match the number of "voters" and there is no way to tell which ones are from legitimate voters, and which are fake.

Finding these people and confirming that they are non-citizens is a difficult task. As mentioned before, the US government records are incomplete and difficult to access. Even law enforcement officials have problems trying to determine the citizenship status of people apprehended for crimes as government officials are often less than cooperative in providing information. The problem is even worse in sanctuary states like California where law enforcement can't even ask about citizenship status, lest they become the criminals.

It is estimated that over 20 million illegals have crossed into the country in just the last four to five years. Since most of those were adults, that means that over ten percent, and perhaps as much as twenty percent of the adults in the US are illegals.

For those willing to look, it is evident that there are enough non-citizens registered throughout the country to where their votes can determine the outcome of any election we hold. About the only way to negate their influence is to have a single day election, with in-person voting and ID required. Even if the voter rolls are dirty, non-citizens won't show up to vote in any great quantity, so the dirty rolls won't be a factor.

Any other election process will only provide unreliable, untrustworthy, and controversial results, you know, like the ones we have had in the last few years. Do we really want more of the same?
