Howard Dean buries head deep in sand: 'No one has said the primaries were rigged'

Howard Dean is a lot of "former" things. He's a former Governor, the former DNC chairman, and (who can forget) a former Bernie-esque, grass roots, presidential candidate. He's also a former "person to be taken seriously." ...And it's not just because of this:

No, it's not just the scream. Dean's credibility has gradually dissipated due to a whole host of blunders, missteps, terrible quotes, and incoherent TV appearances. This morning, he decided to continue his embarrassing habit of letting people know that he has no idea what he's talking about. Check out the following tweet - one that came after virtually everyone from Donna Brazile to Wolf Blitzer has acknowledge that the 2016 Democrat primary was rigged:
