Normally I agree with Licia Corbella, on many things but not this time.. I am a BIG Sarah Palin fan, and furthermore, there can be NO JUSTIFICATION WHATSOEVER for a vote for Barack Obama who has shown a greater disregard for human life in its embryonic state than any candidate that has gone before.

Briefly on Palin, she is a bright young up-and-comer who under the tutelage of someone like John McCain who has always put the country before party, could develop into a formaidable force for good. The Dems, on the other hand have their ticket in reverse. The more experienced and seasoned Joe Biden should be at the top of that ticket mentoring Obama. Instead someone with a flimsy resume of whom we know lttle who gets vindictive whebnever probing questions of substance are asked of him is at the top of the ticket, wich is truly frightening. Here are reasons why Obama must be defeated. Barack Hussein Obama would sign the so-called "Freedom of Choice Act" which would, with the stroke of a pen negate all the progress made by the pro-life movement in 35 years, and probably ensure that we will never again be a force in the public square. The so-called "Fairness" Doctrine is another one. I'm surprised that as a jourbalist, Mrs. Corbella would countenance anyone toyiong with freedom of expression and speech, let alone a privately owned media corporation's business decisions. Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity & others are on the air only because people want to listen to them. Al Franken, Randi Rhodes and others on the left are no longer on the air because people don't want to listen to them. the Fairness doctrine will reduce AM radio in the US from the profitable medium it is now, to the state in which Canada's finds iytself: A mad rush for AM stations to move to FM and play the same trashy tunes the music industry and its consultants put out today. And along with AM radio go the jobs the healthy industry supports. Not only is Obama not perfect, but I believe he is a menace to the continued status of the US as a global military and economic superpower. I believe Obama is the worst candidate, in terms of qualifications ever presented to the public for the presidency. He has no legislative accomplishments under his belt. The moment this smooth talking orator is elected to one office, he immediately starts campaigning for the next. I believe he is COMPLETELY unqualified for public office, let alone the Presidency. His radical connections run deep and wide, from Bill Ayers, to Saul Alinsky to Frank Marshall davis, to Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright. The people who put him where he is are left wing radicals, and they would not invest so much in one person unless they were certain he was "one of them" . If the USA elects him as president on November 4th, on November 5th, they will start getting buyer's remorse, and within a year, be really sorry. Many are voting for him because the baggage of George W. Bush (wrongly) weighed down too heavily on ever and all Republicans this year, even maverick ones. Others want to assuage their historcal guilt over slavery and Jim Crowe laws. IT would be one thing if there was a Republican congress to hold him in check, but to have him in the White house with a powerful Democratic Congress is truly unbridled power. McCain on theother hand has always stood for human life. He votes yes on bills that support it, no to bills that don't and never votes "present". MCain has always put his country first. Both he and Obama are Senators who are drawing paycheques as sitting senators, so Mccain DID THE RIGHT THING by suspendinghis campaign and going back to the Senate when the rescue bill wa being done. Obama? He thinks making flowery speeches is more important. I just pray the american voers will notbe taken in in large enough numbers to allow this extremely dangerous unvetted and unknown individual take control of the country. There will be change. The USA we have known and loved will be unrecognizeable once he's through with it. There is a real possibility that have a real Manchurian candidate on our hands.
