By now most thinking American and Canadian voters have figured out that our voting systems are severely broken. The side who is the best at manipulating the voting machines and tabulators will win. Ain’t it great that the best cheaters run our respective governments? Ain’t technology wonderful?
Most people have been able to acknowledge that a certain amount of cheating has gone on since there has been voting. America’s Founding Fathers had a dream that only honest and virtuous people would be involved in government. That dream faded pretty early on, and my study has revealed that by the time of the American Civil War voter cheating was well established in America. So much for honorable and virtuous people!
Before the advent of voting machines, rarely were national elections impacted at all. In those days, cheating focused on local and maybe state elections. The “hanging chad” in the 2000 Presidential election was the culprit that started the movement toward electronic devices for voting. These devices were never supposed to have any connectivity to the internet. But alas, anomalies in the 2020 and subsequent elections seem to indicate somebody is lying. Sadly, most career uniparty politicians in America have no stomach to prove one way or the other whether this is true or not. That suggests to me that they know these machines are rigged and can be manipulated to get the results that somebody wants. As long as the professional career politicians of the political parties are happy, voters be damned!
In my dreams I envision some very smart patriotic computer hacker who will find a way to hack into these contracted voting machines so that when they connect to the internet an infection is installed that will cause these illegally connected machines to “self-destruct” just like the machines in the Mission Impossible series and movies. Then ballots would have to be hand counted. Then massive wholesale cheating would no longer be possible on a national scale. What a dream!
In my dreams I don’t want my government in control of cheaters. Today’s America is in control of the cheating criminal tyrants of the communist Democrat Party. As bad as that is, I don’t want my government in control of criminal cheaters from the Republican Party either. Tyranny is always the ultimate result of lawless cheaters taking control of any government.
The oath of office for every elected and hired federal official in America states that the first obligation for each individual is to “protect and defend” the United States Constitution. Tragically, the vast majority of those federal officials have declined to uphold that obligation to the Constitution. Had they, the uncontrolled lawlessness of the federal government would not be possible because employees, who know right from wrong, would say NO to the unconstitutional activities they are directed to execute. So much for honorable and virtuous public servants! “I was just following orders” didn’t work in Germany or Japan after World War II, and it won’t work in the aftermath of today’s lawlessness.
To paraphrase Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., I have a dream that beginning in 2026 my children, grandchildren, and I will be able to vote with confidence knowing that all cheating at the ballot box will be minimized. I have a dream that all voting in America and Canada will result in governments where the best interest of their citizens is once again the only priority of all elected officials. I have a dream that all corrupt government officials will be replaced by honorable and virtuous men and women judged by the content of their character. I have a dream that the power of government will once again rest in the hands of the people and that government officials are simply the servants of the people. I have a dream that God will bless America once again. I have a dream!
