Of course, you’ve already heard, but the bombastic and obdurate DA Fani T. Willis is up to her neck in doo-doo, to quote Michael Jackson. Because she stole somebody else’s husband, hired him without experience as lead prosecutor, while they gathered a million bucks is epic. This exposure imperils Fani’s prosecution of Trump and associates. And Fani & paramour Nathan are not talking, illustrating that where there’s smoke and “no comment,” there’s almost always ostentatious wrongdoing. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has not responded to claims by a Trump co-defendant that she has had a romantic relationship with the case’s lead prosecutor. According to accusations, Fani had an affair with married attorney Nathan Wade, a former “mentor.” The story is Fani ruined his relationship, ending in divorce. Then hired Nate to prosecute the Trump case, while gifting him a million dollars in fees. Suspiciously, Fani’s currently a witness in Nate’s divorce case. Astoundingly, Nathan Wade--handpicked to head this case--has never prosecuted a felony.
Now, leftist commentators across the country opine that the actions of GA DA Willis, if proved true, have nothing to do with her RICO prosecution of Trump. But isn’t this bald faced nonsense? Because, if proved true, the same person breaking the union of someone else’s marriage, and then overcompensating her state-employed Boyfriend by an estimated final fee of a million bucks also chose the highly unusual RICO strategy, using her neophyte boyfriend to run it. Further, all of the decisions made in the Trump case depend on an honest DA who is modest enough to set aside their political bias and humbly assess the case. Most amazing, Fani’s boyfriend purportedly went to the White House for two days of consulting about this case and made the imbecilic and greedy decision to bill the entire 2 days of work for thousands. On other occasions, the same ill-advised boyfriend also billed GA State for working 24 hours during a single day.

So how to assess this case?
Because Fani’s only goal was to become a national hero by taking down Trump. Sadly, it appears that DA Willis may have even taken the the million$ she requested from the GA legislature to catch up on COVID delayed cases and used it for her lover’s fees.

Finally, if these accusations are true, what should be the result? That the case must be sent to another DA and stayed. Then a very careful forensic study of every aspect of the case must be commenced. Ultimately, because of the appearance of bias, dishonesty and fraud may be established by the case’s filing DA, this matter should be dismissed with prejudice and all convictions overturned. Because Fani would have committed impeachable falsehood to the sacred Tribunal of GA Court.
Can anyone be surprised at the following: That the national assault on Trump by both local and fed prosecutors was meticulously stage managed by the White House; that all chief prosecutors – like Nathan Wade and the comically absurd action-figure Jack Smith--were gathered into the WH legal office for training like a hen gathering her chicks? That somebody as cocky, boastful, vindictive and doltish as Fani Willis needed somebody else’s game plan; that Fani believed she was bullet-proof in stealing Covid funds to use to hire her boyfriend Nathan and overpaying him after stealing him away from his grieving spouse, etc, etc etc.

It came from another set of investigators who were way ahead of them: the House Jan. 6 select committee. Committee staff quietly met with lawyers and agents working for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in mid-April 2022, just as she prepared to convene a special grand jury investigation. In the previously unreported meeting, the Jan. 6 committee aides let the district attorney’s team review — but not keep — a limited set of evidence they had gathered.
Listening to Fani’s bombastic blather on this RICO prosecution, another tragic comedy scene from the Adventures of Joe Biden, Demented Socialist Hero script. If we wait long enough, every single character of this farce – resembling Balzac’s La Comédie humaine – The Human Comedy, comes into focus with both shocking corruption and side-splitting incompetence.
The notion Fani could steal a husband, hire him then pay him a million dollars and then travel the globe in luxury on the tax payer’s dime without a peep from the mainstream media--is pure comedy gold. It’s also a colossal monument to the failed theory that journalism best exists to destroy conservatism on the way to crafting the perfect Utopian state, and therefore save humanity.
Consider whether a tough cookie DA with a chip on her should, de rigueur hatred of Trump, immense political ambition, and opportunity to end Trump’s campaign would misuse the system for this case? The question answers itself. Therefore, this prosecution must be sent to a new GA DA in another county, a stay of action must be filed, for say 6 months, during which a fine-tooth comb must be used to examine every detail of Fani’s prosecution. Undoubtedly it must be dismissed.
The Bee Gees may have sung Fanny be Tender with My Love, but should Fani & BF Nate be prosecuted and sent to the Big House for a few years, for theft, fraud and purposely undermining justice? Meanwhile, note Trump Georgia co-defendant wins 3-month delay in case.

The lesson here is ultimately that we cannot allow partisan hacks and their media lapdogs to overtake our legal system for personal animus against officially condemned persons. Because this will become the default approach to all conservatives and will destroy the pinnacle of Anglo-American Law’s crown jewel – the Rule of Law itself.
