Insolent veteran tells Hillary he'd 'have been prosecuted and imprisoned' if he'd done what she did

Someone at NBC really dropped the ball last night. Not only did Trump fare pretty well during the MSNBC Commander-in-Chief Forum, Hillary came away looking really, really, bad. As Dan pointed out earlier, the media is freaking out - falling all over itself in an attempt to prop-up Hillary's performance. The size of their meltdown, as usual, is inversely proportional to how badly their preferred candidate is doing. The less successful she is, the more they lose it. So it has to drive them nuts that the following question (asked by a Navy and Air Force veteran) has emerged as the takeaway moment from last night's event:
“As a Naval flight officer I held a top secret sensitive compartmentalized information clearance. That provided me access to materials and information highly sensitive to our warfighting capabilities. Had I communicated this information not following prescribed protocols, I would have been prosecuted and imprisoned. Secretary Clinton, how can you expect those such as myself who were and are trusted with America’s most sensitive information to have any confidence in your leadership as president when you clearly corrupted our national security?”
Of course, Hillary has no legitimate answer for that. The premise is correct. Anyone else who was responsible for a security breach like the one created by Hillary Clinton would be prosecuted and most likely convicted. The punishment might vary but it's clear that - if Hillary wasn't above the law - she would have faced charges. Since she couldn't offer an honest response, she did what she always does. She tried to smooth things over with lies and patronizing gratitude. Watch here:

Veteran confronts Hillary Clinton about her email server

As she says:
“I appreciate your concern and also your experience. But let me try to make the distinctions that I think are important for me to answer your question. First: as I said to Matt, you know and I know, classified material is designated. It is marked. There is a header so that there is no dispute at all that what is being communicated to or from someone who had that access is marked classified. What we have here is the use of an unclassified system by hundreds of people, in our government, to send information that was not marked, there were no headers, there was no statement top secret, secret, or confidential.”
Except that there were. Those little "c" markings that Hillary thought represented "alphabetical order" were markings. Despite taking classification seriously, and discussing the markings in other emails, she ignored them. Moreover, according to the NDA that Hillary can't remember signing, marking isn't necessary. "Marked or Unmarked," it doesn't matter. It's her job to know that the material she's emailing isn't sensitive.
Insolent veteran tells Hillary: he'd 'have been prosecuted and imprisoned' if he'd done what she did Whether or not she can remember putting pen to paper, that's her signature right there at the bottom. If that's not enough, we now know that Hillary continued to email classified information even after she left the State Department because, as you know, the rules don't apply to her.

From the NY Post:
On May 28, 2013, months after stepping down as secretary of state, Clinton sent an email to a group of diplomats and top aides about the “123 Deal” with the United Arab Emirates. But the email, which was obtained by the Republican National Committee through a Freedom of Information Act request, was heavily redacted upon its release by the State Department because it contains classified information. The markings on the email state it will be declassified on May 28, 2033, and that information in the note is being redacted because it contains “information regarding foreign governors” and because it contains “Foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources.”
So thank you Mr. Veteran, for asking such an important question. Pray that Donald Trump wins, because if Hillary gets into the White House, you can assume your audit will be ...thorough.
