Hillary Clinton is notorious for being a congenital liar as well as a savagely ruthless practitioner of power politics. Rarely, however, has her mental acumen been seriously questioned; indeed, according to legions of left-wing fans posing as objective journalists, Clinton is unquestionably the “Smartest woman on the planet,” a lifetime honor that expires only upon her passing, or detention in a federal penal facility, whichever comes first!
It is, thus, a breaking news story when Clinton’s “too smart” reputation is challenged by the release of an email authored by, Huma Abedin, Clinton’s top aide and trusted insider.Judicial Watch today released more than 35 pages of emails former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin revealing that Abedin advised Clinton aide and frequent companion Monica Hanley that it was “very important” to go over phone calls with Clinton because the former Secretary of State was “often confused.” The emails, from Abedin’s email address, also reveal repeated security breaches, with the Secretary’s schedule and movements being sent and received through Abedin’s non-governmental and unsecured Clinton server account. The emails document requests for special State Department treatment for a Clinton Foundation associate and Abedin’s mother, a controversial Islamist leader. The Abedin email material contains a January 26, 2013, email exchange with Clinton aide Monica Hanley regarding Clinton’s schedule in which Abedin says Clinton is “often confused:”The big question from all of this: “Often confused” sounds like an age-related sign of mental decline. Should one so suffering be entrusted with the awesome responsibility and authority vested in the US president? Perhaps the more prudent course would be to encourage Mrs. Clinton to retire in quiet dignity at her upscale home in New York State, far away from the maddening pressure and confusion of blood sport politics?

For years, John lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, the very liberal sanctuary city which protects, rather than prosecutes, certain favored criminals.
