There are many disturbing activities going on in America regarding law enforcement and how local and federal law enforcement resources are being used. I believe the Marxist Democrat Biden Administration has engaged in too many questionable law enforcement actions that seem contrary to the United States Constitution.
Local law enforcement agencies all across the nation are being weakened in Marxist Democrat jurisdictions. Budget cuts, defund the police movements, and weakened local laws all make local law difficult to impossible to enforce. The California shoplifting laws are a prime example. Additionally, a recent law in Washington State to prohibit police from making arrests based on reasonable suspicion was changed to a standard of arrest that requires probable cause. Probable cause is a pretty high standard. Weakening law enforcement is resulting in more and more lawlessness all over America. At what point will citizens have to intervene for their own protection?

If castrating local law enforcement is not bad enough, let’s look at the law enforcement powers that have been assumed by the federal government. Did you know that the Marxist Biden Administration has 169 identifiable law enforcement agencies under its control? In addition, Congress has 10 law enforcement units, and the Judiciary has 4 law enforcement units. WOW!
The breakdown of Executive Branch Department law enforcement units are as follows: Department of Agriculture 5, Department of Commerce 10 (seriously?), Department. of Defense 34, Department of Education 3 (Education needs law enforcement powers because why?), Department of Health and Human Services 2 (Ditto Health and Human Services!), Department of the Interior 15, Department of Justice 7, Department of Labor 1 (Why?), Department of State 3, Department of Transportation 5 (Really!), Department of the Treasury 5, Department of Veterans Affairs 2 (Seriously!), Other Independent Agencies 34.
Looking at the independent agencies, why do these agencies need their own independent law enforcement units? The Central Intelligence Agency (Why? I thought they only operate outside the country), Environmental Protection Agency (Why?), National Gallery of Art (You’ve got to be kidding?), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (Maybe cops in space?), Office of Personnel Management (Seriously?), Smithsonian Institution (Another you’ve got to be kidding!), Amtrak, Federal Reserve (Why?), Tennessee Valley Authority (Why?), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Why?), National Science Foundation (Really?), National Achieves (Kidding, right?), Peace Corps, (I don’t even know what to say!), Railroad Retirement Board (Why?), Small Business Administration (Why?), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Why?), General Services Administration (Why?), Social Security Administration (Why?), United States Agency for International Development (Why?), Corporation for National and Community Service (Why?)
Abusive use of law enforcement assets has been staggering
Many of these agencies clearly have security issues they need to deal with to protect their facilities. However, security people do not need law enforcement powers. The FBI and U.S. Marshall Service exist to provide law enforcement support to federal government agencies. The cost of duplicate administration and supervision demonstrates damn poor fiscal management. Oh, I forgot; this is the federal government.
During the Marxist years of Obama and now with Biden, the abusive use of law enforcement assets has been staggering. Having federal swat teams serving warrants for potential white collar crimes is nothing less than excessive use of force. But who is going to call out the federal government for these abuses when they even bring along television crews? Then there is the fact that under Obama and Biden, only selective laws are being enforced. This is not supposed to be happening in the United States of America.
Americans need to understand that a Marxist country is by nature a police state. The weaponization of the IRS and FBI was quietly accepted by too many Americans. The militarization of Washington, D.C. after the Biden coronation signaled the mindset of the Marxist Democrat government and their minions. Their goal is to weaken local government law enforcement, and an ever greater presence of a stronger federal law enforcement organization.
President Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer have convinced many federal agencies they have the authority to pick and choose the laws they will enforce. They have no such authority! If federal law enforcement agencies would refuse to accept these illegal directives and enforce the laws on the books, many of today’s problems would simply go away.

Ladies and gentlemen, governors and mayors, sheriffs and police chiefs, start reviewing the United States Constitution. This is the document that will save America, if you choose to enforce it. The federal government is allowing and even promoting lawlessness in America today. The Marxist Democrats are creating a law enforcement problem, so they can rally federal law enforcement to save us. We had better not allow that to happen or we will find ourselves in a fully developed, all powerful, police state just like all the socialist and communist countries all over the world.
When one assesses the overall scope of what is happening in law enforcement and the Marxist Democrat approach to governing, it seems like they are getting more and more extreme in their abandonment of the principles defined in the United States Constitution. A person using common sense and critical thinking skills might conclude that the Marxist Democrats are baiting patriotic Americans into actively taking action to protect themselves. The Marxist Democrats and their minions could then lay on the hammer using all these federal law enforcement agencies against American citizens and rationalize going for our guns. After that, the Marxist Biden Administration might even invite their friends, the Chinese, to help quell civil unrest in the United States. I’m just saying!
