It Doesn't Matter If Renee Good Was A Protestor Or A Domestic Terrorist

While watching Homeland Security Secretary Noem get grilled by a CNN commentator about Renee Good, the following thought process came to mind.

I'm both a volunteer and professional 'creator of safety' and protest participant.

Growing up in the late 1960s-1980s as a vocal, dark skinned, large Black male during an era where police and the public outside my community made this description equal 'criminal' makes me very selective of situations I enter.

This experience plus that of being a 'safety creator' sets me apart from today's leftists stalking ICE and Border Patrol agents hoping to provoke viral incidents for political gain.

The Renee Good case has wildly delivered on the left's ongoing campaign to demonize DHS personnel and agencies assisting them.

They have a late young, White, gay woman whom propagandists will inflate into a 'Joan of Arc' figure fighting deportation.

The fact that stalking federal agents is unsafe, along with impeding their ability to conduct operations or leave protest confrontations is one which the anti- deportation lobby refuses to acknowledge.

A group of Black men nationally stalking and running up on federal agents, boxing in or blocking their vehicles and even trying to stop arrests, we'd get shot....Period.

The fact that young White leftist women are the vanguard (socialist phrase pun intended) of anti-deportation disruption is intentional.

Society sympathizes with this demographic far more than others for obvious hard wired historic reasons.

Renee Good, like other leftist White women, leverage this sympathy to disrupt deportation operations confident they won't face harm guaranteed to other groups confronting law enforcement.

Strategically, it doesn't matter if she was a protester or a domestic terrorist because she injected herself into a unstable situation gambling that her ethnicity and sex would shield her from harm.

She was an ideological combatant who freely stepped onto the deportation battlefield and fell there.

I bear her no malice.

I bear DHS no malice.

I do bear in mind that inserting yourself into hostile situations with surrounded armed federal agents is extremely perilous.

This peril alone, I feel, explains the relative absence of Black 'ICE watchers' willing to confront federal agents on behalf of illegal aliens.

We know more than anyone this isn't a sustainable strategy.

Whether Renee Good was just a protester or a domestic terrorist doesn't matter outside of the courts.

Had she not been there, she would be alive today.

Take it from a vocal, dark skinned, large Black male with nearly more protection and protest experience than she had years on earth.
