In the end, it was all for naught. Her particular brand of crazy failed to gain any traction. She is, however, still out there and apparently people think she's worth interviewing. From a pure "TV" standpoint, it makes sense. Lunacy sells. If you can find someone willing to go on MSNBC and defend North Korea, you put that person on the air. You do this not because her opinions are of substance or value, but because she's willing to go on TV and defend North Korea. North Korea, it seems, is a victim. The poor little country has been treated shabbily by the evil colonial forces of the United States. It's been cornered, cut off, and demonized by vicious Americans for at least 60 years, so its tin pot dictator had no choice but to obtain nuclear weapon.
