Judge issues ORDER OF SALE of Crazy Horse Too



What this means is that convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo can no longer stall paying beating victim Kirk Henry and the IRS based on his unsubstantiated claim that -- according to his plea agreement -- all proceeds to cover his debts must come from the sale of the defunct Crazy Horse Too strip club.

It will now be up to attorneys for Mr. Henry and the IRS to prove that Rick and Lisa Rizzolo participated in a sham divorce and fraudulent transfer of assets (with the help of Clark County District Court Judge Steven Jones, and attorney John E. Dawson, the brother of U.S. Judge Kent Dawson, the judge who presided over the trials of 16 Crazy Horse Too defendants).
