Judge Nap: New FBI Docs Show 'Bribe Offer' to Agents in Hillary Email Probe

Judge Andrew Napolitano said this morning that newly-released FBI documents show evidence of a bribe being offered by a senior State Department official to FBI agents. Patrick F.
