Jussie Smollett charges dropped, actor won't be prosecuted on charges he faked attack

Calling himself a man of faith, “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett said Tuesday that he felt vindicated after a stunning reversal by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office to drop all charges against him in an alleged hate crime hoax.
