Kentucky Supreme Court to decide: Can gays force Christian print shops to promote their politics?

Today, the Kentucky Supreme Court will hear the latest First Amendment case pitting gay activism against the rights of Christian business owners. Oral arguments will be presented in Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission v.
