Latest Seattle CHOP shooting sees one dead, another in critical condition

One man has died and another remains hospitalized in critical condition Monday following the latest shooting near Seattle's Capitol Hill Organized Protest, or CHOP. Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best said the death marked the second African American man to die in the area that claims to believe Black Lives Matter.
