I just posted on x:
'One advantage of being undermined for a lifetime is it disabuses one of leftist delusions like:
*Blocking cars at protests and not expecting to get hit.
*Attacking an armed person (the Kyle Rittenhouse case) while expecting not to get shot.
Such 'people of delusion', as I call them, don't get how force works.
To threaten or assault someone thinking your cause and numbers are a magic forcefield against harm sets you up for a rude awakening.
Others aren't obligated to let you have your way at their expense, especially if they can use deadly force in self defense.
You're not that 'special'.
You're just a special case who'll be lucky to survive blocking moving vehicles or getting in an armed person's space.
I'm not a leftist 'person of delusion' so I navigate scenarios protecting my boundaries and not crossing those of others--especially during emotionally charged public demonstrations.
Rules for safety creation still apply. They don't get suspended due to a 'special' ideology.'
These 'people of delusion' are their own worst enemies at protests and generally.
