RE: Christian Faith Requires Accepting Evolution??

Let God be true

In his article "Christian Faith Requires Accepting Evolution" Jonathan Dudley amazingly asserts that Christians who reject the false science so thoroughly interwoven into the theory of evolution have "abandoned a central commitment of orthodox Christianity." He further falsely asserts that Christians are somehow opposed to scientists pursuit and discovery of truth.

The last thing a true Christian fears is truth. The true Christian loves and is even passionate about truth and applauds true science and true scientific discoveries. But we make no apologies for rejecting lies. And that is precisely the true nature of the theory of evolution which is nothing less than the most dangerous of all mixes, namely that of truth and error. Simply put, the truth of the bible with regards to man's fallen nature and the necessity of a loving God to send His son as a sacrifice on behalf of lost and sinful mankind is totally irreconcilable with the strictly imagined notion that man is progressively advancing morally from some sort of lower state to who knows where. The unproven theory of evolution is a thinly disguised lie that ignores the"fact of sin" and seeks to eliminate the need for a Savior. "Theistic evolution" is a contradiction in terms, and an illusion.
