Liberal Democrats Use Darkness to Keep Us in the Dark
At one time we were the land of the free and the home of the brave; we are becoming the land of the oppressed and the home of the terrified and timid
The Liberal Democrats of the U. S. Senate called for a vote in the wee dark hours of Monday morning, December 21, 2009 at what one famous author calls “ O dark hundred hours” translated this time to “shortly after 1 a.m. by CMPI.org in an article titled “Hands Off My Health”.
The significance of this time at first is not obvious or apparent, but a little thought will remind you that it occurred during the Winter Solstice, the day of the year with the greatest amount of time of darkness. This event was so dark and nefarious that the perpetrators or perhaps just plain old traitors is a more applicable definition of the doers, were trying to do their damage in the darkest period of the year hoping to, as usual, fool their gullible supporters and perhaps a few more of the enlightened people too. What kind of low-lifes exist in that political group?
To further make themselves look unattractive and unreelectable in 2010, the liberal Democrats are rushing this horrible piece of legislation that is disapproved by MORE than fifty percent of America’s citizens, with blackmailing and paying out bribery in huge amounts of the taxpayers’ money just to get their own party members to vote for it; which by itself should be investigated for the lawlessness it suggests. Our government is not run by blackmail attempts and/or bribery using money that we taxpayers provided. Or at least not until very early this morning. Why can’t we taxpayers demand that Reid and all the others that scored large raids on OUR treasury, be made to pay a penalty for this illegal smelling fraudulent swindling? We can’t count on any of Obama’s crooked assistants to do it; why can’t we? Oh, I forgot, we can’t count on our courts any more as they are owned by Obama too.
These scammers are also very quick to tell us that it will cost less than what we currently pay for health care. Not only is that a big fat lie, it is very dangerous to the long term outlook for medical care in this country. Their very own Congressional Budget Office has told them this, but they insist on their own that they are right; and MOST OF THEM HAVEN’T EVEN READ THE BILL YET!
Common sense tells you that when you cut Medicare (by ONE-HALF TRILLION DOLLARS) and then ADD up to 30 million presently uncovered people, including illegal aliens, there’s no way it can be cheaper. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU MR. AND MRS. AMERICA; THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. And you, Mr. and Mrs. Medicare recipient, are going to get the royal flushing you DON’T deserve to pay for those 30 million illegals and others who just don’t want to pay for their own health care.
Another area where great danger lies is in the plans for cutting back on payments to doctors and other medical personnel. The biggest danger there is that more doctors will opt out of medicine and into other professions and the numbers of young people choosing to face a long period of education in order to become a struggling doctor will take a serious nose-dive, leaving a huge shortage of doctors. That is not a scare tactic; it is common sense; a product in very short supply in the ranks of liberal Democrats.
I am left to wonder if I will ever see sanity and honesty return to the government of the United States. At one time we were the land of the free and the home of the brave; we are becoming the land of the oppressed and the home of the terrified and timid.
