I recently saw some statistic that caused me to pause and do a bit of research on my own. Did you know that there is one lawyer for every 246 Americans? Seems like a bit of an overkill to me. Did you know the vast majority of presidential nominees for the Democrat Party since 1980 have been lawyers? Clinton and his wife were lawyers, Obama and his wife were lawyers, and of course, last in his law school class, Boss Biden is a lawyer. Are you beginning to see a pattern here? Also noted, Jimmy Carter was the last Democrat President to serve in the military, and he wasn’t a lawyer.
What do lawyers do? They parse words and laws to accomplish everything they do. They cherry pick information, more often than not, taking it out of context to use to benefit their client. They twist words and context to meet their needs of the moment with no consideration about the bigger picture or how it might impact the future. For the most part, when representing a client, they are not hindered by the truth. Any means to an end is fair game to sway a jury who has no real clue as to the technical issues involved. Lawyers only need to spin a good yarn. It’s all about words, words, words. When a word warrior fails to win a case for his/her client there is no harm, no foul, and no accountability. They collect a fee for billable hours and move on to the next client.
Therein lies the problem. When a lawyer becomes President of the United States, words alone don’t get the job done. Talk has to be turned into action, and leadership is an unknown skill for a lawyer. What do lawyer Presidents do well? They blame the previous President for everything the lawyer President can’t get done. Lawyer Presidents are very good at deflecting blame; that is their special skill. Do you remember how Clinton blamed Bush and Reagan for all his problems? Then Obama blamed the second Bush for everything that went awry in his administration. But, the topper of them all of lawyer Presidents trying to change history was when Barack Obama even tried to claim credit for all the good things initiated by President Trump. When you look up audacity in the dictionary you will find a picture of Barack Obama.
Because words are the stock and trade of lawyers, when they see a problem, rather than fixing it they sue somebody, or if working in government write another law, rule, or regulation. Lawyers fail to understand that there are no new problems. Lawyers fail to understand there are already enough written rules that, if followed, would prevent the problem from occurring. But lawyers who are politicians are absolutely certain any rule they write will be followed to the letter. That’s how full of themselves lawyer politicians are, and that is why federal laws, rules, and regulations are measured, not by the page, but by the ton.
A lawyer’s business model depends totally on divisiveness. They must pit one person against another or one business against another. More often than not the lawyer’s targets are the producers of America. Unfortunately, the Marxist Democrat lawyers also try to run America that way, and it simply doesn’t work. They have turned divisiveness into an art form, and they are very good at it. But they are now starting to see that Americans don’t like it much.
So, it would appear that in the 2022 Democrat Party there are two major problems that explains why they are the way they are: too much Marxism and too many lawyers. Both wish to control people rather than lead people. Both want a more powerful government bureaucracy and to further limit individual rights to achieve their goal.

In contrast, the strongest leaders of the Republican Party come from a background of problem solving producers rather than word warriors. Most Republican leaders come from a background where accountability is measured on a profit and loss statement. Whether it is their own profit/loss statement or a corporate profit/loss statement, those who fail are held accountable.
When Republican producers see a problem, they fix it. When Marxist Democrat lawyers see a problem, most often one they have created, they talk about fixing the problem and inevitably just make it worse.
Yes! In my estimation Marxist Democrat lawyers are the problem and an existential threat to the survival of the democratic republic known as the United States of America.
After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.
