The G20 freeloaders should hold their shindig in the Metro Zoo

Whoever decided to hold the June 26/27th G20 summit in the Metro Toronto Convention Center must have forgotten to take his meds.

As if things weren't frantic enough on weekends in that area without adding the usual protest groups, massive security, and blocked-off streets. The Toronto Sun's suggestion that the meeting be moved to Exhibition Place makes sense. If I had my way, though, the G20 freeloaders would hold their shindig in the Metro Zoo. The Zoo has plenty of room and would be much easier to secure. It would also give the resident monkeys a chance to meet and greet their fellow simians and maybe even learn a few new monkey tricks from them.
