On 2 Aug 10, at 12:00a.m., this Lead Investigative Reporter was an eyewitness to the confirmation of a 6-8 feet long MOUNTAIN LION, ash (gray) in color, in Mills County, Iowa. At midnight this Investigative Reporter observed the Mountain Lion by a rural trash dumpster located at 53993 Dill Lane, Glenwood, Iowa in rural Mills County. There also is a small horse fielded next to this location. When the vehicle headlights came upon the Mountain Lion it immediately dashed across the dirt road in front of the vehicle no farther than 25 feet ahead in the headlights field of view. There is no question this is a mountain lion. The photo above is exactly as the Mountain Lion was observed and is attached at the link below on the article.
