On the Border: In 1976, Scotsman Al Stewart released a profound song -- On the Border. The tune describes Marxist unrest sweeping Europe & Africa. And yet, here again we're caught on the border -- in another maelstrom of Marxist revolution. As angry and cognitively ruined POTUS Joe Biden pantomimes his own stale dreams of America's overturn by sabotage. Leftist Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe also launched a race war that destroyed his own country. See BBC's "Zimbabwe's Robert Mugabe tells white farmers 'to go'."

Hyperinflation is only caused by rampant deficit spending & money printing

Hyper-Inflation's Daddy: Current 10% inflation cripples middle class American dreams. Housing prices skyrocket and gas hikes make a trip to the market seem a luxury. We're informed illegal entries will soon hit 750,000 a month, as Biden's ginger-haired, sassy-mouthpiece Psaki states we must donate cell phones "to track them." But Robert Mugabe, before Biden, likewise introduced Marxist sabotage, and eventually produced inflation in Nov 2008 of 79,600,000,000%, for a daily rate of 98.0%. Hyperinflation is only caused by rampant deficit spending & money printing.

Africa's Bread Basket: Yet, Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, founding father of Tanzania, told Mugabe at the time of entering power: "'You have inherited a jewel. Keep it that way,'" but Mugabe did not. At the turn of the millennium, he sanctioned the invasion of white-owned farms for redistribution to blacks without land – a decision that saw agricultural output plunge. Once hailed as the "bread basket" of Africa, Zimbabwe has had to rely on food imports to feed its citizens."

Printing Money = Inflation: The Dallas Fed writes: "One hundred trillion dollars — that's 100,000,000,000,000 — is the largest denomination of currency ever issued. The Zimbabwean government issued the Z$100 trillion bill in early 2009, among the last in a series of ever higher denominations distributed as inflation eroded purchasing power." See, "When Money Destroys Nations: How Hyperinflation Ruined Zimbabwe, How Ordinary People Survived."

American Zimbabwe: The natural result of Biden's policies will overturn the electorate, handing US control over to radical Marxist zealots, like in Zimbabwe, if not stopped. So how many elected Democrats presently support this illegal coup trading America's sabotage for socialism? We know all Dem Senators, save Manchin and Sinema have acted as

Al Stewart's On the Border

Stewart's On the Border's lyrics are poetic and evocative of political intrigue:

The fishing boats go out across the evening water

Smuggling guns and arms across the Spanish border

The wind whips up the waves so loud

The ghost moon sails among the clouds

Turns the rifles into silver on the border

On my wall the colours of the maps are running

From Africa the winds they talk of changes coming

The torches flare up in the night

The hand that sets the farms alight

Has spread the word to those who're waiting on the border

In the village where I grew up

Nothing seems the same

Still you never see the change from day to day

And no-one notices the customs slip away

Late last night the rain was knocking at my window

I moved across the darkened room and in the lampglow

I thought I saw down in the street

The spirit of the century

Telling us that we're all standing on the border

In the islands where I grew up

Nothing seems the same

It's just the patterns that remain

An empty shell

But there's a strangeness in the air you feel too well

The fishing boats go out across the evening water

Smuggling guns and arms across the Spanish border

The wind whips up the waves so loud

The ghost moon sails among the clouds

Turns the rifles into silver on the border

On the border

On the border

On the border

What is Happening in America?

Marxist Revolution: Songwriter Al Stewart explains the origins of these lyrics: ""The first verse is about the Basque Separatist movement and then the second verse is about what was then the Rhodesian crisis. Mugabe: 'The hand that sets the farms alight has spread the word to those who're waiting on the border.' Thirty years after I wrote the song, Mugabe was actually setting fire to all the white farms.""

Marxist Mugabe: Robert Mugabe was a Marxist-Leninist when he took power in Rhodesia, and eventually forced all Whites to hand over their farms, while he and his cronies kept 40%. The results? Writes Economist: "Zimbabwe once enjoyed an abundance of natural resources, a booming agricultural sector and a wealth of human capital, but over the past 37 years Mr Mugabe managed to squander nearly all of it. Almost 25% Zimbabweans currently need food assistance as 72% live in poverty. Within a generation, Mugabe turned an entire country upside down. How did he manage to wreck Zimbabwe?"

Socialist Ruination: The World notes: "Mugabe became president in 1987, and Zimbabwe effectively became a one-party state. Every election in independent Zimbabwe has been compromised by intimidation, fraud, corruption and lack of media freedom. Independence and freedom did nothing to improve the lot of most Zimbabweans, and in search of a scapegoat, in early 2000, Mugabe gave the green light to an aggressive campaign to seize white-owned farms. Land was supposed to be distributed to veterans, but much was snapped up by Mugabe cronies. Agriculture was the backbone of the economy, but the upheavals crippled farm production. The economy collapsed; Mugabe's administration responded by printing money; hyperinflation set in. Food shortages became endemic."

What is Happening in America? Well, if you viewed every govt decision since Biden entered office skeptically, with a political slant, you'd be well on the way to understanding America's current failures. And see all Covid, oil, immigration, and foreign policy decisions as Marxist-supporting. For example, if Joe Biden wants to lower record gas prices, why continue to resist American oil sources? No administration is that stupid, and so Biden & cronies want America to suffer inflation. And if Biden desires 8-10 million illegals yearly, he seeks cultural, political and economic revolution, aggrandizing the state and crippling individual patriots.

Spirit of the Centuries: Stewart's lyrics seem especially prescient when he mentions, "In the islands where I grew up, Nothing seems the same, It's just the patterns that remain, An empty shell, But there's a strangeness in the air you feel too well." We patriotic Americans sense the alien presence around us and how the evil machinations of revolution give everything about our land a new "strangeness in the air."

Disquiet of Socialist Spirits: Folks, this is Marxism and it was never meant to feel cozy, since it's a repudiation of everything we believe in and all of our ways of life. We're supposed to just fall in line as everything about our existence supposedly needs to change to satisfy the far left zealots. The question is what we plan to do about challenging these historically illiterate zealots? After all, they mean total destruction to our beliefs and way of life. We don't have to be passive mourners at our own funerals, after all.
