My Personal Arrival At Acceptance

I have some good news and I have some bad news. Both of which I will discuss toward the end of this article. Before that I will discuss the life cycle of our Democratic Republic followed by the various stages of grief. The Tytler Model (although there is no documented proof that any real person named Tytler came up with it, Scottish or otherwise) suggests that all democratic type social structures have an identifiable life cycle. This is based on starting off in bondage and then progressing to spiritual faith. After a period of time of spiritual faith while still in bondage, the society develops the courage to throw off the yoke of bondage and establish liberty. With liberty comes freedom to create a society of abundance, where ultimately such abundance is overcome by human nature and a sense of selfishness evolves in that society. At this point, considerable liberty still exists, but spiritual faith begins to decline into a culture of complacency where God’s values are replaced by man’s values, or rather lack thereof. Thereafter complacency morphs into apathy, which overtakes the culture and it is followed, in time, by dependence. Then at some point dependence allows the corrupt government to inflict bondage upon the culture once more, thus completing the cycle.

It has been hard for me to admit and harder for most people to see that the citizens of the United States of America and Canada are now in bondage. In 2022, it is a very comfortable bondage, but it is bondage nonetheless. How many of our citizens are dependent on government? In the U.S., the current government is exploding the population by importing millions of people to increase the ratio of people dependent on the government as opposed to people who are not dependent on the government. Those poor immigrants believe they’re coming to a place where they think they will be free, while in fact, they are just pawns in a much larger evil scheme. That is no accident. I think it is now time to discuss the various stages of grief we human beings must go through to deal with great loss. I’m going to relate how I am dealing with the grief I feel toward the loss of the America the Founding Fathers favored us with 275 years ago. Until that November night in 2020, when the brain dead old man and slightly less brain dead woman were declared President and Vice President-elect, I was still in the first stage of grief: denial. Sometime in the late 90s, I started to recognize that America seemed to be following the Tytler Model of government progression, and my grieving began. I didn’t necessarily recognize I was grieving, but I was. Back in the 1960s and then in the 1980s, people like Paul Harvey and Rush Limbaugh were trying to get my (our) attention and much to my (our) own detriment I (we) didn’t pay attention. It was the fall of 2020 when I transitioned to the second stage of grief: anger. From time to time, I would go back and visit denial, but I was mostly angry. It was at this time I started turning my anger into the third stage of grief: bargaining. Out of the kindness of the Canada Free Press (CFP) staff, I was permitted a much larger voice as I did my bargaining publicly with articles published by CFP. The CFP staff can tell you that some of my early offerings demonstrated my short visits back to anger rather than good bargaining communications. Although I was in the bargaining stage of grief, my bargaining was in the form of trying to educate others to a viewpoint they may not have otherwise considered in order to stimulate action.

I have accepted that our Founding Fathers gave mankind the best opportunity possible for long term liberty

After the November 2022 midterm election, I entered the fourth stage of grief: depression. I was totally shocked by how deeply the American electorate was invested in apathy and dependence. I, like many other patriots, was aware that cheating would take place at the polls, but I was not prepared for the reality that less than 50% of eligible voters would show up to vote. That was depressing! As a result, there was another short visit back to denial and anger. As all who experience grief, I spent the most time in denial, anger, and bargaining. For me, depression passed rather quickly, and I am now comfortable in the fifth stage of grief: acceptance. I have accepted that our Founding Fathers gave mankind the best opportunity possible for long term liberty. However, human nature is human nature, and this opportunity has been rejected. I have accepted the reality that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely as demonstrated by both North American governments. I have accepted the reality that money is the driving factor for our governments and for too many selfish citizens. I have accepted that godly values play only a minor role in the conduct of our culture. I have accepted the reality that North America is experiencing “soft bondage,” which will be gradually ramped up until individual liberties cease to exist, and that is when most everyone will finally realize they are slaves to those who own everything and individuals will own nothing and like it. The evil moneyed oligarchs have already told us what to expect, and I have accepted that this is the course of North America and the world. I have accepted the reality that there is no peaceful political solution to the North American political cabal.

Tipping point on the road back to bondage

At the beginning of this article I referred to good news and bad news. The bad news is that the tipping point on the road back to bondage probably occurred soon after Ronald Reagan was President. By then the Marxist education system was turning out zombies who were ignorant about world and American history, devoid of common sense, and the ability to think critically. In 2022, many more generations of these zombies exist and vote as they were trained. They now outnumber the people who can still think critically. This is most unfortunate, and much suffering will result. The good news is that bondage under Marxism will ultimately fail in North America as it has everywhere else. Spiritual faith will re-establish itself followed by the courage to once again break free of bondage. We can only hope it will be longer lived than what our Founding Fathers tried to do this time. As for me, I am going to refocus my efforts on the next important stage in the Tytler Model, rebuilding spiritual faith in North America. I only hope my efforts in this area yields a better result than my than my attempt at political influence of the apathetic. My prayers are that we can minimize the period of bondage and stimulate a resurgence of spiritual faith and courage to once again throw off the yoke of bondage.
