"If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters"Mueller and his high-powered legal team indicted, convicted or obtained guilty pleas from 34 people and three companies, including top advisers to President Trump, Russian spies and hackers with ties to the Kremlin. The charges ranged from interfering with the 2016 election and hacking emails to lying to investigators and tampering with witnesses. However Mueller did not indict or prosecute anyone in the Trump campaign for working or coordinating with the Russian Government to influence the election. The Democrats have chosen to seize on the Report's following conclusion to continue their attack on Trump:
"The evidence we obtained about the president's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the president clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that conclusion. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."
"Congress must get the full, unredacted report along with all the underlying materials from Special Counsel Mueller"Schiff fulminated:

"Whether these acts are criminal or not, whether the obstruction of justice was criminal or not, or whether these contacts were sufficiently elicit or not to rise to the level of a criminal conspiracy, they are unquestionably dishonest, unethical, immoral and unpatriotic and should be condemned by every American. That is not the subject of vindication. That is the subject of condemnation. And that is how I think we should view the Mueller report."The Democrats cannot now object to the release of:
