Nadler and Schiff lead Democrats into political oblivion

Nadler and Schiff lead Democrats into political oblivionThe Democratic Party has signed its own political death certificate for the 2020 elections in responding as it has to the release of the $30 million Mueller Report covering a two year investigation into:
"any links and/ or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump"
Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein invested Robert Muller with the following power:
"If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters"
Mueller and his high-powered legal team indicted, convicted or obtained guilty pleas from 34 people and three companies, including top advisers to President Trump, Russian spies and hackers with ties to the Kremlin. The charges ranged from interfering with the 2016 election and hacking emails to lying to investigators and tampering with witnesses. However Mueller did not indict or prosecute anyone in the Trump campaign for working or coordinating with the Russian Government to influence the election. The Democrats have chosen to seize on the Report's following conclusion to continue their attack on Trump:
"The evidence we obtained about the president's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the president clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that conclusion. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

The Mueller legal team was empowered to indict the President--but did not do so. Mueller was unable to find sufficient evidence that Trump committed any indictable crime. Given those conclusions, Mueller should have exonerated the President--yet he did not. Mueller has left an unexplained and unjustified cloud of guilt hanging over Trump's innocence. Mueller's position is very disturbing--overturning the presumption of innocence established by centuries of criminal jurisprudence. Mueller certainly needs to justify taking this position when he fronts the Congress. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler D-NY and Congress House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif--relying on Mueller's non- exoneration claim--are intent on maintaining the Democrats rage against Trump. Nadler has demanded:
"Congress must get the full, unredacted report along with all the underlying materials from Special Counsel Mueller"
Schiff fulminated:

"Whether these acts are criminal or not, whether the obstruction of justice was criminal or not, or whether these contacts were sufficiently elicit or not to rise to the level of a criminal conspiracy, they are unquestionably dishonest, unethical, immoral and unpatriotic and should be condemned by every American. That is not the subject of vindication. That is the subject of condemnation. And that is how I think we should view the Mueller report."
The Democrats cannot now object to the release of:
  1. the four fully unredacted FBI Verified Applications to the Foreign Intelligence and Surveillance Court in October 2016 and January, April and July 2017 relying on an unverifiable Russian dossier of dirt compiled on Trump and paid for by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton--which enabled the Obama administration to gain access to the Trump campaign and possibly decisions made by Trump prior to being sworn in as President.
  2. All fully unredacted reports and underlying documents relating to the FBI exonerating Hillary Clinton from criminal prosecution for the unauthorised use of her private server to store classified information.
Nadler and Schiff are leading the Democrats into political oblivion.
