Disgrace: DOJ Fails to Protect Military Voting Rights

Obama and Friends Prove They Are Un-American Dictators

As if they haven't showed us and told us so many times about how much they would love to be dictatorial rulers over the United States of America, now Obama's Administration is proving itself to be just that.

It appears that the 'getting-more-and-more-anti-American' Department of NoJustice, under the direction of the very Un-American Attorney General Eric Holder, who once defended anti-American FALN members for actions against our country, is not only not prosecuting black people who commit crimes against whites but is making sure that our military are not being able to vote. And Holder's boss in the White House, another black who actually is more white than he is black, the wannabee dictator, B. H. Obama, is acting very anti-American by refusing to make an appearance before the Boy Scouts of America who are proudly patriotic, on the celebration of 100 years of scouting. He seems to prefer Girl Sprouts in the form of women gossipers on the showed titled, "The View"; and definitely more anti-American than patriotic in their 'view'. But let's get to the more important issue; that of Holder's position of not enforcing the law that was passed a couple of years ago to prevent the very anti-American action of preventing our overseas military personnel from having a say in our national elections. In a "Free Republic" article written by J. Christian Adams on July 26, 2010 titled, "Disgrace: DOJ Fails to Protect Military Voting Rights", the author tells us that "in 2008 some 17,000 servicemen and women mailed home ballots that were never counted. The DOJ barely lifted a finger to prevent or prosecute this travesty." Say; wait a minute; is that the same J. Christian Adams from the Holder run Attorney General's Office who just recently resigned due to Holder's very unprofessional conduct in dismissing charges against the Black Panthers who bullied and threatened white voters at the polls in Philadelphia in the 2008 election? Yes friends, it sure it the one and the same J. Christian Adams; only now he is taking his inside knowledge of the Holder run AG Office another step to showcase the shady side of political chicanery. In 2008, the votes were not counted because the liberal Democrats were not sure that some of their prize lemmings in Congress would have survived if the mostly conservative ballots from service members overseas were added to the totals. So they used every deceitful trick in the book and a few that were made up on the spot as well to make sure our troops, who were off protecting the bottoms of these lowly perceived political cronies, did not get their votes counted. Adams relates that in most cases these military personnel ballots didn't get to the U. S. in time through no fault of their own, but mostly because they weren't sent overseas early enough which for the DOJ Voting Section is easy to insure just with stalling by talking about protecting the military's rights to vote while sitting on their hands long enough to make the mailings late. And Adams warns that it is beginning to look at though the same scenario will happen again for the voting this year. Apparently, according to Adams, Congress supposedly fixed the problem last year by "mandating that all ballots must be sent overseas at least 45 days before the election." Now that action on the surface makes Congress look good, but below the surface the law also says that the states can request the Pentagon to opt them out of the law. Now why in God's name would the Congress do something like that? Yes, I know; POLITICS. Our liberal Congress is so crooked that they could substitute for wine bottle openers very easily. And guess what? Our crooked AG has taken advantage of that option the law grants by encouraging states to seek an exemption to the law. Adams says that "Military Voter Protection Project Director M. Eric Eversole says the Department is telegraphing to states that it doesn't want to pursue litigation to enforce the law." They don't want to pursue litigation to enforce the law! Can you believe that? What good are these people who are afraid to do their job even when doing one of the most noble of causes, the protection of our military's voting rights. What could be more worthy than that? This sounds almost like what I just read on Fox News a minute ago where this Judge Susan Bolton, who sounded so promising at first, just like Judge David Carter who was going to bring Obama in to court on his Constitutional legitimacy of birth only to suddenly spin off in the other direction and nearly threaten to jail the woman lawyer that had worked tirelessly to bring that issue to a head. It is my fervent hope and prayer that somehow we can get to the truth here and put those two judges down for the rest of their days. They don't seem to rule in favor of the people who are the ones who are now and will continue to suffer as a result of their judicial errors. Obama may have the backing of the Bilderberg Group, but when the first crack appears he'll be left standing to face the music by himself. Then watch how fast he will point the finger at Carter and Bolton and the rest of the rotten apples in that stinking barrel. He can't win them all.
