Obama and Midsummer Night’s Dream

Remember Seoul Korea when Obama said to Medvedev on an open mike, “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved, but it’s important for (Putin) to give me space.”

You’d think if Obama had any respect or fear for his own people that he would have considered the implications of an open mike. But he is so unconcerned about American citizens that he doesn’t even care if we hear his traitorous statements. He is the bully president who is thrashing his weight around in a playground of kindergarten liberals. He pretends he is one of the children but he is really the big bad wolf. He doesn’t think we can stop him. The American citizens are impediments. We get in Obama’s way. He is ready to sweep us aside. Obama goes on indifferently, “After my election, I have more flexibility.” Treason’s in the air. Obama is plucked from the garden of naïve leadership. Hey, I don’t want to be part of your flexibility. I don’t want to bend to your dictatorial whims. You are trodding on my countrymen like combat boots without a soldier in them. You are empty marching. Put a sock on your destructive rhetoric. If Obama is making deals with the derivatives of the Cold War Russians, who else will he cooperate with and how much “more flexibility” will he show to our enemies? Obama is Bottom in Shakespeare’s “Midsummer Night’s Dream.” He is narcissistic, incompetent and ego-maniacal. He thinks he puts on a good show but he is a clumsy actor. Puck turns him into an # and Titania, having taken a potion, falls in love with his ugliness. Bottom, like Obama, feels that he is beautiful and deserves love. He is unaware of how ridiculous his overblown rhetoric is. America, not seeing Obama’s donkey ears, has fallen in love with him. They mistake his bluster as intelligence rather than the breath of a windbag. Mitt Romney, a man who doesn’t whisper in the ears of enemies, said, “President Obama signaled that he’s going to cave to Russia on missile defense, but the American people have a right to know where else he plans to be ‘flexible’ in a second term.” A Jewish friend of mine who was born in Russia says he is afraid of Romney. Is he kidding? Obama is the one he and Israel have to fear. If you can’t smell anti-Semitism in Obama you become the odor that bigotry attaches itself to. If Obama doesn’t care about being caught in potential sabotage with the Russians, what will he do under the guise of “more flexibility” if he is elected again? Does he respect anyone enough to keep a secret? Is that why there are so many leaks from the White House? What about his previous indiscretion at the Group of 20 in France when French President Nicolas Sarkozy was overheard by foreign journalists talking about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, “I can’t stand him. He’s a liar,” Sarkozy said. “You’re tired of him; what about me?” Obama replied. “I have to deal with him every day.” Sarkozy is no longer President. If only Obama were no longer President? I hope Obama follows him to the land of defunct, disrespectful, braggadocio presidents. I hope he wears Bottom’s donkey head so that everyone will realize that he leads from behind and that they are negotiating sadly with an #.
