Unrealistic nuclear disarmament plan with other nations

Obama’s Anti-nuclear Plan: Half-hearted and Ill-conceived

Yahoo news has recently reported that Obama wants to implement a (unrealistic) nuclear disarmament plan with other nations. The two elements of his plan involve: 1) isolating Iran if it remains defiant in pursuing nuclear arms and 2) worldwide disarmament with possible weapons inspections for defiant nations.

If that is all to Obama’s plan in defending us from hostile “nuclear” countries, we are sunk. Merely isolating Iran will not stop it’s government from using the nuclear weapons it is currently building. Furthermore, isolating Iran becomes more difficult than Obama thinks when considering that Iran has alliances with democracy-hating regimes, as China and Russia. Both China and Russia have swapped technical knowledge and WMDs with Iran millions of times--under the legal radar. In fact in 2004 and other years, the US and Russia experienced friction due to Russia’s exchange of illegal weapons with the Iranian dictatorship. Back in the late '90's, Russian tankers were also buying illegal oil from dictator Saddam Hussein. Hence, Obama's current diplomatic relations with Russia do not guarantee Russia's cessation of illegal weapons-dealing with Iran. Likewise, China has also traded illegal weapons, oil and other services with Iran. All of them are united in their hatred for democracies in general and the US in particular. This is not just due to former President Bush's policies but also due to dictators’ knowledge that free countries will attempt stopping them from increasing their power and abusing human rights. In addition to using his despotic alliances, Ahmadinejad relies on the black market to receive WMD materials. Ahmadinejad’s ability to do this is supplemented by the aid his terrorist proxies (Hizballah and Hamas) give him in acquiring components used in the making of WMDs. Meanwhile, Iran will continue using it's terrorist proxies to murder American soldiers and civilians. Obama will be too weak and naïve to stop it or to punish Iran. Obama is so heavily focused on defending European nations from terrorism that he is overlooking plans to defend America and Israel from terrorism. Obama says he is going to demand that Iran show it is not pursuing destructive nuclear abilities. Yet Obama is naïve for expecting dictators like Ahmadinejad and his Islamofacist regime to be honest with free nations. Ahmadinejad is a dictator who oppresses his own people. This is morally evil and shows a lack of conscience. A dictator without scruples will seek to increase his regime's power for oppressive purposes (in his case, obliterating Israel and other free nations that threaten his power-goals). To accomplish this, dictators will lie to free nations that could stop them. Hence, Iran's lying to Obama is very plausible. Further, history demonstrates that all dictators from Attila the Hun to Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Castro and the late Saddam Hussein have used deceit against free countries that wanted to stop them from increasing their power. When Ahmadinejad continues his age-old lies by telling Obama that his regime is not pursuing destructive nuclear arms, Obama and other European nations will be lulled into a false sense of security and will avoid using their “isolate Iran” tactics. They might even relax their building or maintenance of the European missile defense system ---let alone not designing one for the US and Israel. (Not designing one for Israel is a certainty considering that Obama has foolishly withheld support from Israel in its conflicts with Iran’s terrorist proxies, the Hizballah and Hamas). Isolating a defiant Iran is a good idea but only if it is backed by unconventional warfare, espionage tactics, stirring up rebellion amongst Iranian citizens, and harsher sanctions. Crippling Iran’s economy and infrastructure through cyber-warfare and financial “warfare” must also be employed. American and NATO forces must use containment strategies to prevent Iranian naval ships from leaving the country and to disrupt legal or illegal trading between Iran and other despotic countries. Also, Iran’s terrorist proxies must be destroyed in order to neutralize Iran’s proxy warfare against American soldiers in Iraq and elsewhere. Also, Obama must reinforce our relations with Israel to counter Iran’s partnership. The US and Israel have a common enemy in Iran and terrorists. While Iran and it’s dictatorial partners continue lying to the free world while covertly building and obtaining nuclear weapons, Obama wants to disarm free nations. Though Obama supposedly wants to disarm the dictatorial nations also, the dictatorships will not honor their commitments like free nations would. If only the free nations disarm, then only the dictatorships will be armed. When and if Obama succeeds in divesting America and her allies of their nuclear weapons, the free world’s ability to deter nuclear-powered dictatorships dissipates. History has shown that national dictators, like local street thugs, favor their enemies disarmed so they can be more easily conquered. Then, these dictatorships can engage in nuclear blackmail or nuclear attacks. This is why despots will ignore Obama’s demand for disarmament even if they pretend to go along with it. Dictatorships are too corrupt to be trusted with that kind of power. Obama’s call for “international inspections” will not work in disarming Iran for the same reason inspections were not successful with Saddam Hussein. Despite the leftwing media telling us that Hussein did not have the WMDs, he actually did have them. Readers are advised to look up articles on it here and here.
