Obama's "foreign policy"...fluid, expedient and a litany of failure

Only two things can be said with certainty about President Obama’s “foreign policy”.

The first is that it doesn’t really exist because whatever he does or doesn’t do is marked by expediency and fluidity and the political and personal demands of the moment. The second is that his actions in the international arena amount to nothing more than a litany of failure, failure to achieve anything, failure to disclose anything and failure to act in the best interests of the United States. So what are these failures? Here are a few. How about botching up Afghanistan? How about not standing up for the Green Movement in Iran? How about standing up for the Islamist “Arab Spring”. How about Syria? How about Iran and its nuclear weapons development program? How about supporting the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and allowing it to infiltrate the U.S. government at the highest levels? How about the Israeli/Palestinian peace process? How about Ukraine? How about China? How about the weakening of the American military? How about turning America into a laughingstock and pariah? How about the general lack of trust that has been engendered among America’s friends and allies? How about the general disdain that has been engendered among America’s enemies? How about the arms race that is occurring because none of America’s friends and allies can depend on her anymore and because America’s enemies are seizing the moment to arm themselves to the teeth? How about Benghazi? One more time...how about Benghazi? How about his general failure to be honest and up front with the American people? How about constantly obfuscating and outright lying to the American people? How about constantly blaming, vilifying and demonizing others and refusing to accept any responsibility on behalf of himself or his administration? The list goes on. Obama’s “foreign policy”...fluid, expedient and a litany of failure. That about sums it up. How about Benghazi? One more time...how about Benghazi?
