Ontario smart meters

Like the article on smart meters and as I now live in Toronto I would also add that the smart meters are also designed to maximize revenue for the power authority as they "spy" on users. Rates can then be adjusted to penalize families who eat breakfast and dinner at a normal hour by charging them the highest rate (red zone) of power.
