Conservative MP Larry Brock says a document specifying the routes and parking plans of the Freedom Convoy protest was authorized by the Ottawa police but was not shared with the public or Parliament, resulting in a misrepresentation of the demonstration earlier this year. Speaking at the Special Joint Committee on the Declaration of Emergency on Oct. 6, Brock said the seven-page document, entitled “Ottawa Police Ottawa Truck Convoy,” had detailed information such as the highway routes that protesters traveled to Ottawa, parking capacity in a designated area in the city, and authorized vehicle types.-- More...
