You're a racist. I'm a racist. He's a racist. She's a racist. Wouldn’t you like to be a racist too?

Outraged PC goons say Robin Williams was a racist, due to monstrous, insensitive, anti-Muslim Emmy tribute

If there's been one constant throughout the coverage of Robin Williams' death, it's been the fact that nobody has anything bad to say about the guy. Sure, he had his faults - as we all do - but virtually everyone who ever met him has absolutely glowing things to say. After almost forty years in Hollywood, a town where virtually everybody hates everybody, that's quite an impressive feat.
But wait. Not so fast. It turns out that there are people willing to attack Robin Williams, and Monday night's Emmy broadcast has brought them crawling out of the woodwork. ...like ugly little insects. The completely phony, manufactured outrage stems from Billy Crystal's tribute to his late friend. Watch it, and see if you can spot Mr. Williams' vile, unfeeling, unacceptable, and mind-numbingly offensive racist tirade. Wow. Despicable. I mean, did you see all that racism?

If you didn't, you're an insensitive monster, just like Robin Williams. It's right there, in plain sight: Robin Williams made an impromptu hijab out of a scarf and said "Welcome to Iran ...Help me." That was enough, as The Independent reports, to fire up the politically correct leftist drones on Twitter. They were angry, offended, and frustrated that the Emmys would select such racist material to include in Williams' tribute. Here are a few examples, screencapped in case they're deleted by the original posters: There are many, many, more examples out there but you get the gist. Robin Williams is a retroactive racist for a harmless joke involving a hijab that is, obviously, not racist. Now, I understand that the troglodytic progressives out there may not understand exactly why this isn't racist, so I'll do something I hate to do. I'll explain the joke. First of all, it's not "racist" because religion and race are two different things. If you're pathetic enough to be offended by Williams' joke, you're offended because you think it's "bigoted" not racist. Please try and keep the reasons for your phony outrage straight. Second, and more importantly, it's actually not "racist" or "bigoted" because he's not making fun of Muslims. He's making fun of Iran. Iran, as you may have heard is a monstrous country where women are treated like dirt. The joke is that the woman needs help because she's unfortunate enough to live in a horrible place, run by horrible people. I know the explanation won't matter to the enlightened left, because they willfully "don't get it." The "racist" battlecry is part of the liberal mindset, and they wouldn't want reality to intrude upon it. These days, every one of us is a racist. It doesn't matter who you are, what you do, or how you do it. You're a big, fat, ugly, racist pig. Nothing can be allowed to puncture that narrative. Not even Robin Williams.
