The move will put about 360 people out of work, according to a message delivered to employees Wednesday afternoon at a meeting at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.

“We’re all done,” said a 66-year-old man in the arena lobby. He’s worked at the plant for five years. He’s the sole provider in his household. He declined to give his name and noted employees were told to direct questions to the company.
When the closure was announced “just everyone was quiet. I think shock more than anything,” he said. He understands this is a downsizing and that another plant can do the Owen Sound plant’s work. He said the plant produces flyers. ---More...
