Says Florida loss was just a 'set up' so Dems can win in the Fall

Pelosi - Republican candidates who make ObamaCare a campaign issue are 'wasting their time'

Republicans, you've got it all wrong. America loves ObamaCare. If you try to say it's a failure, a constantly-delayed quagmire, an anti-constitutional juggernaut, or a left-wing embarrassment, you're barking up the wrong tree. It's popular, it's beloved, and if you try to make it a campaign issue, you're just "wasting your time."

That's the word from Nancy Pelosi, who is apparently worried that you didn't get the message from Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Pelosi, of course, always has the best interests of Republicans at heart. So GOP candidates should pay close attention to her warning:
"I'm very proud of our House Democrats and how they have not only embraced the Affordable Care Act that they helped create, but how proud they are of it. I think that the Republicans are wasting their time using that as their electoral issue, and they will find that out."
Pelosi was asked if ObamaCare hurt the Democrats in the recent Florida special elections. Alex Sink made ObamaCare a central issue of the race, and she lost to her Republican opponent despite a multitude of factors which suggested she should have prevailed. Pelosi poo-pooed that thought. She said it was all about turnout, and claimed the race wasn't particularly important. Democrats were just using it to set the stage for the real elections in fall.
"House Democrats agree, for many of our members, supporting women, children and families, especially our veterans, has been our life's work. That's why we delivered our agenda...founded on three pillars: fair pay, including paycheck fairness and raising the minimum wage; paid sick leave; and affordable quality child care as the third pillar. We look forward to working together all of us on our agenda."
So remember, Republicans, Nancy has warned you. Virtually every piece of polling in the United States is wrong. ObamaCare is a big winner! You're being tricked into thinking it's less-than-popular and, if you continue to target the ACA in your campaigns, you're going to lose! Uh-huh. Sure thing, Nance. Nice try, but your Jedi mind trick isn't working....
