Pfizer pulls plans to have COVID vax for kids under 5 approved this month


Federal regulators on Friday unexpectedly announced an end to hopes that Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine could be approved for children under 5 by the end of the month. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had been expected to start formally debating next week the emergency use authorization request for a two-shot dose for children 6 months through 4 years.-- More...
