Political correctness and other insults to Homo sapiens

PC called by Bill Lind "cultural Marxism" ("The Origins of Political Correctness", February 5, 2000), is believed to originate from Institut für Sozialforschung (the "Frankfurt School"), set up by a group of Marxist intellectuals in Germany (1923). Since then, PC has not only mutated, but got married to Coercive Persuasion and had many ugly and fanatic heirs.

PC operates like a narcissistic mother and has her golden children and her scapegoats. Somewhat ironically, the arrogant and pampered golden puppets become intellectually lazy and develop a false sense of impunity, while the "pushovers" hone their survival skills and learn to fight oppression.

Propaganda

PC infected compliance professionals become so arrogant and nonchalant, that they don't even bother with some sophisticated forms of manipulation. We are being bombarded with squalid fiction, axiomatic lies, and mind-boggling idiocy. Politicians impose nonsensical laws brazenly ignoring our protests, and keep realising their private dreams no matter if it means our worst nightmare. Simultaneously, journalists-propagandists forget about facts and spit in our direction some premasticated, government approved "news". As if substandard demagogy wasn't enough, both politicians and the media constantly add insult to injury by being condescending and patronising to "the commoners". Nancy Pelosi's statement (speech to National Association of Counties, March 9, 2010):"We have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it" brings to mind a sequel to "Idiocracy" or a horror adaptation of Frantz Kafka's "The Castle".

Unemployment and underemployment

Creating favourable conditions for economic activity, employment and the purchasing power should be the greatest concern of unpopularity-stricken politicians. While their "painstaking efforts" are being flaunted by the mainstream media, the actual results are mediocre or inexistent. Why would a leader go through the motions of fighting the unemployment, rather than remedying the situation? Unemployment and underemployment are precious coercive tools, forever linked to the totalitarian and dictatorial regimes. If you place citizens on the top of Maslow's Pyramid of Needs, you'll be dealing with outspoken individuals who realise their potential. If you force them to kneel on the bottom step, you'll obtain the crowd struggling to meet basic needs: food, shelter, safety. With time, a hungry crowd can turn into an angry crowd but don't our politicians live by "not during my term in the office" rule? Meanwhile dehumanising poverty makes "the mass" busy and muffles both freedom of speech and pioneering protests. If a country can't meet its citizens' basic needs, the immigration is logically, out of question. Unless a government is supporting foreign interests, putting a political, ethnic or religious group on a pedestal while exploiting and gaslighting own citizens. The betrayal of trust and betrayal of one's country have the same name: treason.

Harassment

If you are offered a job, and the day after the petrified employer calls you to "cancel", then as the time goes by, you'll figure it out: you are blacklisted. Woops! You must have been politically incorrect again! Oh, my! There'll be fiscal hell to pay! Did you give your dog a suspiciously sounding name? Is your pet responsible for, or complicit in, or to have engaged in directly or indirectly in urinating on a wrong photo in a wrong newspaper? Well, your property can be blocked; after all there are 172 executive orders to pick from. Hyperridiculousness might be 1 percent funny, but it's still 99 percent dangerous. The extent and depth of harassment remains at present difficult to assess but it does not mean that we will forgive or forget. Meanwhile, both politicians and "tamed" media seem to suffer from some mysterious diseases: there is 3 years long mental constipation when it comes to Benghazi, amnesia if you mention soldiers in Leavenworth, visual dyslexia concerning Obama's birth certificate and many other ailments. Bullies harass because they can, but why do they insult our intelligence? Is it because we are not as sophisticated as Joe Biden who knew 8 presidents (3 of them intimately...), not as credible as Obama who discovered that Islam has always been a part of America, not as trustworthy as a military psychiatrist from Fort Hood? Anyway, what difference at this point does it make? Both bullies and malignant narcissists are strongly motivated by fear of disclosure, and they hate their target's integrity. No matter the form of persecution, modern technology and their power to harm they are still afraid of Homo sapiens. We are Homo sapiens as long as we think. Thinking we stand.
